Blackstone signs for 10 years at Campaign House

Blackstone Solicitors has taken a 10 year lease on a 1,500 sq ft suite of offices in Campaign House, Hale, for an annual rent of £28,000.

Regional Property Solutions acted for the private landlord.

The tenant was unrepresented.

Emma Nawaz, managing partner of Blackstone, said: "The firm has steadily grown its client and business base which means we need additional office space, in fact three times as much.

"Hale has proved to be an excellent location and Campaign House met our criteria in terms of the quality of accommodation as well as being just round the corner from the existing offices."

Daniel Lee, surveyor at Regional Property Solutions, said: "Campaign House was able to offer Blackstone the efficiencies and flexibility it required as well as staying in its favoured location.

"This letting was agreed very quickly without any marketing and demonstrates the continued popularity of Hale with occupiers willing to pay a premium to remain in the heart of the village."
