Blackpool Council offers repair contracts

Blackpool Council is seeking tenders for a £3m framework agreement for the provision of repairs and maintenance.

The four-year framework relates to work to be conducted on behalf of the council, Blackpool Coastal Housing and schools in the area.

The works undertaken by the framework providers will be to council-owned non domestic premises, including schools and some facilities outside the borough boundary for which Blackpool Council has been appointed facility manager.

Work will include commercial gas servicing, repairs to lightning conductors and passenger lifts, and asbestos removal.

Opportunities are being provided through five lots. The tender is being run via The Chest.
