Blackpool Coastal Housing expands service team

Blackpool Coastal Housing, the arms-length organisation set up by Blackpool council to run its stock of 5,800 homes, is adding to its property services team.
Vacancies in a variety of posts from maintenance manager, quantity surveyor, technical officer to bricklayers are currently being advertised.
The organisation recently started on a major investment programme to 2013 delivering improvements to the council houses.
The closing date for applications is 27 February.
