BizSpace hires agent for NW sites
BizSpace has appointed Knight Frank to market five sites located in Rochdale, Wigan, Speke, and Haydock.
The Finchley-based serviced office and managed workspace company has instructed the agent to market its 173,500 sq ft Moss Mill Industrial Estate in Rochdale.
All Stores Clothing, the wholesaler and supplier of children's clothing, has taken 8,500 sq ft unit 1E at Moss Mill on a 12-month lease for an undisclosed sum, which Knight Frank secured on behalf of BizSpace.
BizSpace's property portfolio includes the 47,384 sq ft Lockett Business Park in Wigan and the 25,477 sq ft Millfield Business Park in Haydock.
The company has approximately 7.5m sq ft of accommodation across 110 sites in the UK.

Knight Frank is joint agent with Littler and Associates on the five North West sites.
