Catering wholesaler Birchall Foodservice has taken the 64,000 sq ft Cobalt Building at Burnley Bridge Business Park, a 70-acre speculative scheme by developer Eshton Group.
Birchall is one of the first occupiers at the park after YESSS Electrical signed for the first 6,500 sq ft unit at Magnesium Court in June. Lancashire-based Equinox Building Services has also agreed a lease for 3,500 sq ft at Magnesium Court.
Both the Cobalt Building and Magnesium Court were constructed speculatively under phase one of the £50m development.
The Burnley Bridge scheme is located at junction 9 of the M65 and provides industrial and logistics accommodation for businesses looking to relocate to Burnley.
The park is being delivered through a £3.85m European Regional Development Fund grant and support from Lancashire's Growing Places Fund.
Birchall is relocating from its distribution depot at Network 65 Business Park in Hapton.

"We operate across the whole of the north of England, as well as North Wales, so the location of Burnley Bridge Business Park, on the M65 corridor, is ideally suited to our needs, whilst still maintaining our strong position in the Burnley area."
