Bingham Davis put up for sale by liquidators

Liverpool-based consulting engineers Bingham Davis has been put into liquidation and creditors are due to meet today to ratify the appointment of insolvency practitioner Begbies Traynor.

Gary Lee, partner at Begbies Traynor, said talks were ongoing with parties interested in buying the business.

Past clients of Bingham Davis, based in Temple Street in Liverpool city centre, include Urban Splash, Neptune Developments and Holiday Inn.

Records at Companies House show that Bingham Davis entered into a creditor's voluntary arrangement in July 2009 but this was not enough to stave off liquidation little over a year later.

There was no answer at the company's office when contacted by Place.
