Bilsdale scores double at Mosley Street

Leeds-based Bilsdale Properties, owned by the family trust of the late steel magnate and Blackburn Rovers FC backer Jack Walker, has secured two new tenants at 80 Mosley Street in Manchester city centre.

90 Degrees Design & Marketing is relocating from King Street into 2,066 sq ft on the first floor.

IPS Group, a specialist recruitment business, has taken 1,350 sq ft on the seventh floor, relocating from St Ann's Square.

These latest deals bring the total number of occupiers at 80 Mosley Street to nine, in addition to ground floor café operators Donata and Café Nero. The remaining suites range in size from 1,140 sq ft to two adjoining floors each of 3,843 sq ft which could be combined to provide an office of 7,686 sq ft.

Richard Wharton of King Sturge, who represented Bilsdale, said: "We are delighted to welcome 90 Degrees and IPS to 80 Mosley Street which now boasts an enviable cross section of occupiers including solicitors, financial advisers and property consultants."

WHR acted jointly with King Sturge on behalf of Bilsdale Properties. Edwards & Co represented 90 Degrees Design & Marketing and WT Gunson represented IPS Group.
