Bilfinger GVA hires for healthcare

Bilfinger GVA has appointed Kate Deakin as principal surveyor in its independent healthcare team in Manchester.

Deakin will be responsible for valuations of healthcare properties across the country for a range of clients in the health and social care sector including banks, operators, charities and private investors.

She joined from Christie & Co where she was a valuation surveyor.

With more than 10 years’ experience, Deakin has undertaken valuations of properties within the care, hotel, medical and licensed sector. She has also provided valuation advice for high net worth individuals, large corporate institutions and all of the major high street lenders. For the last five years, Deakin has specialised in the valuation of solely trading properties.

There are nine people in the agency’s healthcare team.
