Bilfinger GVA expands property management team
Bilfinger GVA has hired David Harrison from the University of Liverpool as associate in its property management consultancy division.
Harrison will be based out of Bilfinger GVA’s Manchester and Liverpool offices.
He will deal with the day to day client management of a mix of properties including Danish investors, shopping centres, private investor management and mixed use portfolios.
He will also work with the firm’s retained clients including Kristensen, Liverpool University and LPA Receiver.
Harrison was previously estates manager at the University of Liverpool, where he was responsible for the university’s property portfolio as well as leading the estate strategy.
The North West property management team also appointed Tom Quinn from DTZ in January, as surveyor.
