BiG Storage secures £11m refinance deal

Self-storage operator BiG Storage and Allied Irish Bank have agreed a five-year debt facility.

Manchester-based law firm Kuits Solicitors advised Allied Irish Bank on the restructure of its North West industrial property portfolio.

A team led by George MacMillan, Liz Winter and Jan Winstanley from Kuits Solicitors advised on the deal.

The portfolio includes premises in Chester, Warrington, Wilmslow, Macclesfield and Lancaster held by BiG Storage.

Jeremy Orrell, partner at SAS Daniels, who advised BiG Storage, said: "This strategic project will enable BiG Storage to achieve growth, maximise business efficiency and continue to provide their client base with an excellent range of services."
