Beva completes pair of deals in Oldham

WHR Property Consultants has reported two new occupiers at Vulcan Business Park in Oldham on behalf of Beva Investments.
Plastics Direct has paid £910,000 to buy 20,150 sq ft and Betta Living has agreed a three-year lease for 21,722 sq ft at £2.15/sq ft.
Vulcan Business Park is located close to the A62 Huddersfield Road and fronts Derker Street. Around 73,000 sq ft of accommodation remains available on a freehold or leasehold basis.
Simon Hampson of WHR comments: "Oldham is an established commercial district and as we continue to see an increase in demand for good quality industrial accommodation in this area, Vulcan Business Park is well positioned to take advantage of this."
