Benmore picks CBRE for asset management
The property and asset management team at CB Richard Ellis has been appointed by property developer and investor, Benmore Group, to manage its property assets in the North West.
CBRE has also been appointed to look after Benmore's properties in Belfast. Peter Williams, associate director of CBRE, said: "Representing Benmore in the North West on the company's office and retail portfolios is extremely rewarding. Significant successes have already been achieved through our combined asset management strategies."
Benmore's assets include sites in Liverpool planned for hotels and leisure developments and the Deva Centre in Salford.
