Benmore Group secures Mosley Street deals

Benmore Group has signed three new tenants to 75 Mosley Street in Manchester city centre.

Scanlans Consultant Surveyors LLP has taken 1,942 sq ft on the sixth floor on a ten year lease.

Scanlans Property Management LLP has agreed on a ten year lease on 4,016 sq ft on the forth floor.

Remploy, a UK provider of employment services and employment to people with disabilities and complex barriers to work, has taken 1,982 sq ft on the first floor on a twelve year lease.

The 30,000 sq ft property was refurbished two years ago and consists of seven floors with a total of eight tenants.

Justin Rouse, from P3 Property Consultants LLP, joint agent on the building, said: "The flurry of activity is further evidence that despite some dire predictions in this sector, the market for secondary offices in Manchester city centre is picking up.

"This building offers good, honest value for money offices in a great location – and is what many cost-concious occupiers are after at the moment."

P3 said one floor of approximately 4,084 sq ft remains to be let at 75 Mosley Street at an asking rent of £12.50/sq ft.
