Belderbos makes Land Law move

Louise Belderbos has joined niche property law firm Land Law as an associate partner in the real estate transactions team.

Altrincham-based Land Law said that Belderbos brings a wealth of experience and expertise in all aspects of development, investment and secured lending work.

She previously spent more than 10 years as part of the legal department at Emerson Group, where she specialised in residential development work, including land acquisition, site assembly, development funding and infrastructure matters.

Belderbos will be assisting with several significant land promotion projects where Land Law has been appointed to represent landowners, putting forward sites for proposed housing schemes in Handforth, Woodford and Crewe.

She will also be providing support to and assisting with planned growth of the Land Law development and transaction teams, which handles a range of development, investment and operational matters for key clients including GE Group, Quorum, Strategic Land Group and De Trafford Estates.

Land Law is 20 years old this year.
