Beech to start with 52 Llandudno homes
Local firm Beech Developments is to start work at Llys Marl, at the junction of the A470 and Marl Lane, Llandudno Junction after the project was given the go-ahead by Conwy Council.
The development includes a mixture of two, three and four-bedroom houses. It will feature a children’s play area, cycle path and green spaces, while the developer will contribute to road improvements around the scheme.
Matthew Gilmartin, director of Beech Developments, said: “We are delighted to be starting work at Llys Marl. Not only do we have a long list of people who have waited patiently for this site to come to fruition, but our workforce and external contractors will also be thrilled to be working in their home county once again.
“There is a huge shortage in the housing supply in Conwy and these homes will not only go to help young families get onto the property ladder but help growing families find comfortable, well built, highly-sustainable and attractive properties right here in North Wales.”
Beech do the best volume housing schemes I’ve ever seen, and this will be no different I’m sure.
