Bean Coffee signs to Princes Dock

The coffee shop operator is the latest occupier to take space at Peel's development in Liverpool.

Bean Coffee, which already has one outlet at Brunswick Business Park in the city as well as a mobile unit known as the Bean Machine, was temporarily occupying the existing coffee shop unit, formerly Coffee Union, located in Building 12 whilst the fit out of its new unit at Building 4 is completed.

They will relocate to the new larger unit of 2,691 sq ft, located in ground floor of Building 4, in May for an undisclosed rent.

Bean Coffee's new shop will serve freshly made deli style sandwiches, salads, freshly made soups, coffees, wine and beers.

Jon Whyte, director of Bean Coffee, said: "At Princes Dock we have the ideal setting for our customers to enjoy a great cup of coffee by the waterside. This will be our new flagship shop with a spacious lounge, meeting area and new bar layout. We are proud to be a Liverpool company, building our brand "bean" upon our core values of service, quality and value for money. We look forward in developing our relationship with Peel in the long term."

DTZ, CBRE, and Keppie Massie are the retained agents on Princes Dock.
