BE Group on the move
Commercial agency BE Group has relocated in Warrington after sub-letting its own building to national charity Autism Initiatives.
Autism Initiatives signed a five-year lease at a headline rent of £15/sq ft at Ingot House. BE Group has relocated to a 2,000 sq ft unit on the first floor of 501 Birchwood One, developed by Seddon Development.
Vince Sandwell of BE Group said: "We weren't planning to move premises, but when we were approached by Autism Initiatives, it was too good an opportunity to miss. We are really excited about the move to the new offices. It is a location we know well, acting with joint agent Jones Lang LaSalle, we have sold or let all but one of the other buildings for Seddon Developments. Birchwood One Business Park now has just one full building of 3,300 sqft remaining to let. We would also like to find someone to occupy the remaining suite below us, measuring 995 sq ft."
