BDP director joins Turleys

Jaimie Ferguson has left BDP in Manchester and will start at Turley Associates as head of urban design and masterplanning on Monday 13 May.

Ferguson was urban design lead for the North West region at BDP, where he worked for more than three years. Prior to that he spent six years at EDAW.

At BDP, he was involved in establishing the firm's overseas urbanism presence with projects in Abu Dhabi and China.

Rob Lucas, chief executive of Turley Associates, said: "Jaimie has a first class reputation and track record and we are pleased to welcome him to lead our national team or designers."

There was no immediate news of a replacement at BDP.
