Property Alliance Group has let 2,351 sq ft of office space at 1 Central Street to the provider of sustainable building services design solutions.
BCM, which has agreed a five year lease for an undisclosed rent, is relocating from smaller premises in Bruntwood's Portland Tower.
Dominic Pozzoni, director at Property Alliance Group, said: "Located off Albert Square, the building as its name suggests, is central for BCM to reach its existing and new clients."
Property Alliance Group and BCM also plan to work together to implement sustainable and low carbon measures to improve ongoing energy efficiency of its existing portfolio, in line with both companies' sustainable policies.
The companies aim to use 1 Central Street to demonstrate how energy efficiency of listed buildings can be improved, before rolling out the results at other listed buildings across Alliance's portfolio.
