BC Real Estate enters Manchester agency market

A partner and associate partner have left WHR Property Consultants to establish their own niche practice, specialising in industrial and logistics.

Gary Chapman, formerly partner at WHR and one of the founding members in 2004, and John Barton, both left WHR in the past month to set up BC Real Estate.

Chapman said: “With combined experience of 25 years operating in all aspects of the north west shed market and having been involved with several of the region’s recent high profile recent transactions, BC Real Estate is perfectly placed to provide advice to clients across the region. We are a small company but as we have proven in the past, we have big ideas.”

Barton commented: “We both felt that it was the right time to set up BC Real Estate in order to better exploit a very strong logistics and industrial market and this move gives us the flexibility to do things a little differently. We are both focused on maximising the value of our client’s assets whether that be a multi let estate or a larger single unit. Day to day agency is what we both do best.”
