BC celebrates pair of January deals

Industrial agency specialist BC Real Estate has completed its first two deals of 2018, with a sale in Gorton and a letting in Glossop.

Acting on behalf of profiling and processing business PP Group, BC has secured £1.3m from TNS Developments for a 29,920 sq ft warehouse in Gorton, east Manchester. PP occupied the building until its 2017 relocation.

BC had been instructed as sole agent to dispose of the self-contained building after it acquired PP Group’s new 110,00 sq ft facility in Drury Lane, Oldham in an off-market deal.

The Gorton disposal followed a 20,000 sq ft letting at Patrick Properties’ Graphite Business Park in Glossop. Clothing group JD Williams has taken the final vacant unit at the park on a five-year lease at £4.95 per sq ft.
