Bartle House on market at £1.75m

Matthews & Goodman has been instructed to sell the Bartle House office building in Oxford Court in Manchester city centre by private clients.

The building totals around 7,000 sq ft and sits in the courtyard area between Barbirolli Square and St Peter's Square. There are eight designated on site car parking spaces and the building
is expected to appeal to owner occupiers or investors alike.

David Laws at Matthews & Goodman said: "This is a rare opportunity to acquire a freehold office building in one of the city centre's most sought after office locations for professional firms. The building has been designed to be capable of occupation as a whole or to be subdivided into smaller suites and will appeal to those parties looking for self containment in an attractive and professional working environment."
