Barron exits Colliers

Rupert Barron, director of office agency at Colliers International in Manchester, has left the company.

Barron is understood to have departed last Friday. It is not known whether he has taken on a role elsewhere.

A spokesman for Colliers confirmed that Barron had departed.

Barron joined Colliers in 2008 after being made redundant from DTZ. Barron was director of office agency, which expanded in October last year with the appointment of Mike Hawkins from WHR as partner.

During the course of 2014 the team was joined by Peter Gallagher, a founding partner of P3 Property Consultants as head of development, Nick Nelson from CBRE as associate, and Scott Shufflebottom from Lambert Smith Hampton as surveyor.

Barron was unavailable for comment.
