Bardsley positive on premium housing sales

Bardsley Construction has started on site with additional phases on two residential developments in Greater Manchester following strong early sales.

The Dukinfield-based developer is building 14 units at The Boatyard in Worsley and 14 at Dukinfield Golf Club.

Bardsley sold 26 new homes – sales value in excess of £10m – at the two locations and a third site at King Edward Court this year. The sales were completed at an average price of £385,000.

Phase two of Dukinfield Golf Club will see a mix of three and four-bedroom semi-detached homes and is due to complete in the spring of 2011.

Work at The Boatyard will deliver a mix of four and five-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes. This phase is due to complete in late summer of 2011.
