John Young, North West agent, Bank of England will provide an off-the-record detailed analysis of regional and national business conditions and economic forecasts according to the central bank.

Among the other speakers confirmed so far are:

  • Matt Crompton, joint managing director, Muse Developments – national developer's perspective on the market
  • David Rainford, property finance director, Cowgill Holloway Property & Construction – how to raise debt finance for development and investment transactions
