Gladman Developments has let 8,175 sq ft of business park office space in Blackpool to builder Balfour Beatty Group.
Balfour Beatty has taken the top floor of G25K, a 25,000 sq ft, three-storey building at Faraday Court in Blackpool Technology Park, on a 10-year lease at £12.50/sq ft, with break options at the end of the third and sixth years.
The deal leaves available a total of 16,825 sq ft, over the ground and first floors of the building, with 58 car parking spaces.
Blackpool Technology Park is located on the north side of Blackpool, and is home to occupiers including Blackpool Borough Council, The NHS and The Inland Revenue.
