Aztec hands over office to Qire

Aztec has completed three contracts including the fit out of offices in Liverpool and Manchester city centres and a new dental suite for Wirral Primary Care Trust.

Aztec completes fit out of dental suite at St Catherines HospitalAztec was appointed for an eight-week project at St Catherines Hospital in Birkenhead, which involved the installation of the dental suite.

Rob Maxwell, director of Aztec, said: "Within any market recession or not, we must ensure that the job is done with precision and care, and the reward is when we see our clients' faces at the end of the project, this job was no exception."

The fit-out firm has also completed a four-week project within the Lexicon building, located in Mount Street in Manchester.

The company was completing the office fit out on behalf of WHR Property Consultants, which are based in the building owned by Pugh Davies Properties, formally known as Television House.

Maxwell added: "We wanted to leave a footprint of the skills and quality that we have shown time and time again in the Liverpool market, as always we strive to exceed our clients' expectations and are pleased we have done so. In light of the current climate we are delighted we are able to bring employment and business to Manchester."

Liverpool-based Aztec said it plans to expand its workforce within Manchester.

Elsewhere, Aztec has also completed the fit out of Qire's office at Rumford Investments' 20 Chapel Street building in Liverpool city centre.

The voice messaging technology specialist occupied the 4,000 sq ft office in March this year before appointing Aztec for the office fit out.

Maxwell said: "The light and space available from the building overlooking the Mersey allow for astonishing views of the outside. Aztec had to create that contemporary element and astonishing views for the inside, so that is exactly what we did."
