Aztec hands over office to housing trust

Fit out firm Aztec has completed the refurbishment of a 5,500 sq ft office at the City Road building on City Road East, Manchester city centre.

The Manchester and Liverpool based company said the work was delivered in four weeks on behalf of housing trust People First.

Rob Maxwell, director of Aztec, said: "Working closely with People First we were focused on delivering a tailored package that really enhances how the trust functions as an organisation, whilst keeping our eye of the clock. Most importantly we wanted the staff at People First to be able to communicate and enjoy their new working environment. The natural light in the building is just fantastic so we wanted to maximise this from our designs. We understood that the timescale on the project was non-negotiable, which generates us the perfect opportunity to really show our clients how we are and always will be flexible to their requirements."
