Aztec hands over office to Atticus Legal
Liverpool and Manchester based fit out specialist Aztec has completed work on the third floor of Castlefield House in Castlefield, Manchester.
Law firm Atticus Legal appointed Aztec to fit-out its new 3,200 sq ft office during its relocation from an office at Steam Packet House located on 76 Cross Street in Manchester city centre.
The six week project consisted of Aztec creating a reception area, large meeting rooms, and installing a kitchen area.
Rob Maxwell, director of Aztec, said: "After consultation the brief was evident; we needed the finish to be perfect, the styling represented a creative and modern atmosphere for top flight professionals. The exclusive finish demonstrates the need for top class office space to retain employees and maintain competitive in this tough market."
Maxwell said Aztec, which has predominately worked in the Liverpool area, is set to undertake several more major refurbishments in Manchester through the third and fourth quarters.
