Aztec director in contention for IoD award

Rob Maxwell, managing director of fit-out firm Aztec, has been shortlisted for an Institute of Directors award.

Maxwell is one of the three Merseyside finalists contending for the Liverpool Young Director of the Year Award which includes Daniel Davies from Birkenhead-based training company CPL and Phil Hodgkinson from Compass Cost Consultants, which is a claimant only costs practice based in Prescot.

Other award categories include the Liverpool Director of the Year Award.

Winners will be picked by an independent panel of judges before regional winners go forward to an Institute of Directors UK Awards ceremony in London.

Institute of Directors is holding its seventh North West Director of the Year Awards ceremony at the Hilton Hotel in Deansgate, Manchester, on Thursday 7 October.
