Aztec completes refurbishment at New Barratt House
The Liverpool-based fit out contractor has completed a refurbishment of offices over two floors on behalf of Liverpool International Language Academy, also known as LILA, at New Barratt House in the city centre.
The language school is located on the first and second floors of Threadneedle's 27,092 sq ft office block in North John Street.
The project was completed in ten weeks and worth £300,000 to Aztec.
The design brief incorporated teaching rooms displaying cultural icons of the city from past and present.
Rob Maxwell, Aztec managing director, said: "All the facilities and amenities the students could possibly require are within walking distance. This combined with our understanding of how training facilities work best, the academy now has a space that functions and an enhanced social experience for the new students to interact and develop. We wish LILA all the best within this fantastic period of growth they are experiencing."
LILA aims to educate and train international students to gain access into first class higher educational institutions.
The organisation is joined by tenants such as Connect Business Solutions at New Barratt House, which is managed by property firm Workman on behalf of the landlord.
Hitchcock Wright & Partners and Matthews & Goodman are joint letting agents on New Barratt House.
Looks a smart fit out. Good letting considering the state of the market. Good work everyone.
