Aztec completes care home revamp

Liverpool-based fit out specialist Aztec has completed the refurbishment of a care home in Huyton.

The facility is operated by London-based health charity 2Care and located in Longview House at 217 Longview Drive.

Aztec started the work after the London office of Pick Everard Architects carried out initial consultation and design events.

Aztec said the project included external works to the roof and fascia, tree surgery to the entrance to improve access, and removal of asbestos walls, as well as a complete internal redecoration.

2Care provides mental health rehabilitation services at another four centres across the UK, including in London, Abingdon, Derby and Cambridge.
