Avison Young adds to development team

The consultant has appointed four staff to its development and regeneration teams in Liverpool and Manchester, including Paul Kallee-Grover who joins from Arup.

Kallee-Grover joins after six-and-a-half years in Arup’s Liverpool office, where he was an associate director in the consultant’s planning team and headed up Arup’s team working on the £5bn Liverpool Waters project.

In his new role with Avison Young, he will work in the company’s planning, development, and regeneration team as a director and will work alongside regional lead Nicola Rigby.

Avison Young has also hired Edward Blight from Cushman & Wakefield’s Manchester office as a senior surveyor, while Natalie Solaru joins from Halton Council’s regeneration team. Georgina Iliff has also joined the development team as a graduate in September this year.

Rigby said: “Our development and regeneration advisory capability has always been an area of strength and distinction for our business.

“We see enormous market opportunity across the North West region, and our investment means we can better support our clients across the public and private sectors to deliver sustainable and inclusive growth in our cities and local economies through major urban renewal and change. I’m delighted to welcome Paul, Edward, Natalie and Georgina to team as we look to continue to grow over the coming years.”

“A really amazing bloke has joined from Arup, plus 3 women”. Sort it out PNW, women work in planning and development too.

Unnamed woman – I think in this instance they are listed in order of experience and level within the team, rather than by gender..
