Avison Young adds to development team

The consultant has appointed four staff to its development and regeneration teams in Liverpool and Manchester, including Paul Kallee-Grover who joins from Arup.

Kallee-Grover joins after six-and-a-half years in Arup’s Liverpool office, where he was an associate director in the consultant’s planning team and headed up Arup’s team working on the £5bn Liverpool Waters project.

In his new role with Avison Young, he will work in the company’s planning, development, and regeneration team as a director and will work alongside regional lead Nicola Rigby.

Avison Young has also hired Edward Blight from Cushman & Wakefield’s Manchester office as a senior surveyor, while Natalie Solaru joins from Halton Council’s regeneration team. Georgina Iliff has also joined the development team as a graduate in September this year.
