Auction House Cheshire sale next week
Auction House Cheshire & North East Wales has 19 lots available at its next sale on Wednesday 10 October in Chester.
Lots range from holiday homes in the seaside town of Llandudno to buy-to-lets and development opportunities throughout Cheshire and North Wales. Locations include Rhyl. Holywell, Broughton and Wrexham.
Anne Malone, director of Auction House, said: "All have been competitively guided in order to maintain the success rate which presents buyers with some really good investments throughout the North West.
The sale is due to take place at 2pm on 10 October at Mercure Chester East Hotel, Whitchurch Road, Christleton, Chester CH3 5Q.
The auctioneer recently celebrated its fourth birthday. It will hold one more auction this year in November.
