Asteer Planning appoints equity partner

Alice Routledge has been promoted from associate partner to partner with the Manchester-based company.

Routledge joined Asteer in August after working for more than five years with Avison Young where she rose in the ranks to become associate director.

Asteer was established this April and has since grown to advise a variety of clients including Richborough Estates, Tritax Symmetry, Lovell, Seddon, P H Properties, HBD and Urbo.

Jon Suckley, managing partner for Asteer, said he was amazed by the company’s swift success.

“I always knew there was a gap in the market for a fresh, independent boutique planning consultancy, but we have been blown away by the speed with which we have grown and the confidence that has been shown by our clients,” he said.

“Alice is a commercial advisor and an integral part of our team,” Suckley continued. “Her promotion to partner is not only a fantastic recognition of her talents but also acknowledges the growth ambitions of the business”.

Routledge said: “I am delighted to have joined Asteer and am very much looking forward to the opportunities that will arise and being able to help shape its future growth and success.”
