One director and one senior manager have sold shares in Assura, the primary care property investor and developer based in Warrington, a week after reporting strong annual results.
Simon Laffin, executive chairman, sold 114,942 shares at 57.23p a share, generating nearly £66,000. The shares were sold for personal reasons on behalf of a family member for whom Laffin has power of attorney. Following the transaction, Laffin has an interest in 3,257,439 shares representing 0.20% of the company’s issued share capital.
Spencer Kenyon, head of portfolio management, made just over £43,000 from the sale of 75,000 shares at 57.53p a share. Kenyon now owns 51,551 shares.
Shares in Assura have fluctuated between 50p and 64p in the past year.
