Ask appoints Reeds Rains in Urmston

Ask Developments subsidiary Ask Life has appointed estate agent Reeds Rains to sell the apartments in phase two of Eden Square in Urmston.

The second phase of 80 one and two bedroom apartments, seven of which have been set aside as affordable housing, start at £114,000.

The apartments are part of a wider scheme to redevelop Urmston shopping centre by Ask. The first phase of the scheme is due for completion in spring 2009, comprising 64 of the 144 apartments, a new 50,000 sq ft Sainsbury's supermarket and new library. The new shopping centre will include 28 shops, five café bar/restaurants and 460 public car parking spaces.
