Arley returns to Altrincham

Arley Homes has won planning consent for 12 family homes within walking distance of Altrincham town centre.

Albert Place will include four- and five-bedroom detached homes and townhouses, designed and built in traditional styles to reflect the character and heritage of the surrounding environment.

John Cosgrave, Arley managing director, said: "Altrincham has long been one of the most popular residential addresses in the area and this scheme will add to its appeal. We have built our reputation on the quality and desirability of an Arley home and we are delighted to be returning to the town with a selection of new designs for the discerning homebuyer."

Arley's last scheme in Altrincham completed in 2009 on Moss Lane, close to the Hale/Altrincham border.

The new scheme, which will be built on the site of Trafford Council's former Adult Training Centre, is behind the Old Market.
