Short-term leases are available at Argent's 10,000 sq ft office development at 43-45 Lever Street in Manchester.
Adjacent to Argent's 76,000 sq ft The Hive development, the accommodation can be split to suit smaller companies.
The offices will be available for 12 months at a rental cost of £11/sq ft.
James Nicholson, development manager for Argent, said: "They would be perfect for prospective tenants of The Hive that are looking for accommodation, either if they need new space straight away, or if they need to vacate their existing space before The Hive is completed in 2010."
Meanwhile, Argent is working alongside Manchester City Council to unlock further regeneration of Stevenson Square.
