Argent hires TSK project manager for Elisabeth House

Argent has appointed James Nicholson as project manager of its redevelopment of Elisabeth House in St Peter's Square, Manchester city centre.
The project, a joint venture with Greater Manchester Property Venture Fund, is still at the pre-design stage but could feature 250,000 sq ft of offices and retail space as well as extensive public realm work outside.
Nicholson joins from TSK where he completed new offices for GVA Grimley in Leeds and Birmingham. He previously worked at CLS Holdings.
An architectural competition for Elisabeth House is due to be launched in the summer.
