Architects and agents named on social housing frameworks

A group of North West housing associations led by Liverpool-based Riverside Group has appointed consultants to frameworks covering architectural and contract services.

Riverside is commissioning on behalf of Symphony Housing Group, Progress Housing Group, Regenda, Together Housing Group, Wirral Partnership Homes, Sovini, and itself.

The architecture firms appointed were:

  • Halsall Lloyd Partnership
  • DK-Architects
  • Paddock Johnson Partnership
  • BYA Architects
  • John McCall Architects
  • Acanthus WSM
  • Arcus Consulting

The employer’s agents, or contract administrators, appointed were:

  • Identity Consult
  • Markhams
  • CPC Project Services
  • Simon Fenton Partnership
  • Wilkinson Cowan
  • Arcus
  • Michael Dyson Associates
  • Pellings

No one was available at Riverside to confirm the budgets and framework durations. Riverside alone owns and manages around 55,000 homes from Irvine to Ipswich, with around 2,600 staff and a turnover of £292m.
