Omega Warrington, the joint venture between Miller and KUC Properties, has submitted a reserved matters application for a 200,000 sq ft manufacturing warehouse.
The unit will include 20,000 sq ft of offices, and 300 car and truck parking spaces.
The occupier of the warehouse is as yet unnamed.
The premises are within Zone 7 of Omega South which was granted outline planning consent in May 2014 for 2.1m sq ft of logistics and manufacturing space, a new access road and a 35-acre green space.
Omega Warrington works in partnership with landowner the Homes & Communities Agency and is supported by Warrington Council and the Cheshire & Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership.
