Apple store to open in Fishergate

Apple franchisee Western Computers has secured a unit in Fishergate Shopping Centre, Preston to trade as an Apple Premium Reseller.

The former Ann Harvey unit, located between Currys.digital and Debenhams, extends to 1,350 sq ft. A new lease was secured with landlord Agora Shopping Centre Fund at a rent of £45,000 a year.

The tenants were unrepresented. Agora Shopping Centre Fund was represented by Kenneymoore and Keenan & Co.

Western Computers has stores in Cheltenham, Bristol, Swindon, Oxford and Leamington Spa.

The Preston store is due to open on 14 July.
