APIA completes Sunlight House revamp

DLG Architects has finished a £3m renovation project at Sunlight House on Quay Street, Manchester for its client, APIA Regional Office Fund (General Partner).

The 14-storey building has received two redesigned entrance foyers and refurbished stair cores, landings, public areas, toilets and common areas.

Vacant office floors have been brought up to Cat A office standard, complete with comfort cooling.

The Grade II listed building was designed by local architect, Joseph Sunlight and on completion in 1932 was the tallest building in the North of England.

Canning O'Neill is the letting agent for the building.
