API launches Wirral unit

Developer API has appointed Legat Owen to market its 43,500 sq ft speculative warehousing currently nearing completion in Bromborough.

Contractor Barkin Construction is programmed to complete the building on Tebay Road in June 2010.

Stephen Wade, director of business space at Legat Owen, said: "API have recognised that there is a gap in the market in the Wirral for high quality industrial floor space over 20,000 sq ft and they have taken a conscious decision to procure a top quality building in a recognised location for business. We are instructed to offer the unit to let at a rent of £4.25 per sq ft and the client is willing to consider a proposal for the freehold interest."

Bromborough is a Tier 1 grant assisted area and as such qualifying projects may be eligible for grant support.
