Anvic launches office at Piccadilly House

Anvic Developments has launched a new serviced office on the sixth floor of Piccadilly House in Manchester city centre.

Burnley-based Anvic has owned the 30,000 sq ft Grade 2-listed building, overlooking Piccadilly Gardens, for five years and has refurbished the property to offer boutique style accommodation.

Sixth floor of Piccadilly HouseJesse Stott, business development manager at Anvic Developments, said: "Almost the whole building is now serviced office space, with occupancy levels remaining high despite the economic climate. We've found that companies have seen us as a practical and cost effective alternative to conventional space and have used us either to downsize into or to grow within whilst still retaining the flexibility of short term commitments.

"Our retention rates are very high also, which we put down to the great customer service, IT and telecommunications options and packages, and of course the location and environment."

Anvic is an independent firm set up in Burnley over 25 years ago. Within its portfolio of property, Anvic also owns City View House, located just off Mancunian Way in Manchester.

Anvic has offices in both buildings in Manchester and three offices in Burnley.
