Anglo Chancerygate lets final unit at Mercury Park

Colliers CRE has let the last available unit on Mercury Park in Trafford Park for landlord Anglo Chancerygate.
The Manchester office of the agency let the 7,949 sq ft unit 13 to Brand Imaging. The firm is moving to Mercury Park from Bredbury.
Andy Backhouse, senior surveyor, logistics and industrial, at Colliers CRE Manchester, said: "It's especially satisfying to sign off on the last of the units at this ever popular location.
"Our ongoing success here proves that businesses are still willing and able to secure the right site for the right price despite these difficult economic times."
