Alliance wins approval for Bury offices

The first scheme under Property Alliance Group's new office concept, The Green, has gained planning consent on the former John Hesketh & Sons site on the edge of Bury town centre.
Located at the entrance of the 35-acre Chamberhall Business Park, The Green will provide 92,000 sq ft in four buildings next to the River Irwell.
Paul Kelly of Alliance said the buildings would be delivered on a prelet design-and-build basis and talks were already ongoing with three parties.
The firm has submitted a planning application for The Green at Leigh and plans to roll out the design concept upon further demand.
