Alliance sells Deeside site to Euro Garages

Manchester-based developer and investor, Property Alliance Group, has sold a site in Deeside, Flintshire, to Euro Garages Limited of Darwen.

The 2.5-acre site, which fronts Deeside Industrial Park, sold for £1.275m following planning consent being granted to develop the site for a service station.

Mowbray Gill acted for Property Alliance Group and Nigel Lawrence Partnership acted for Euro Garages.
