Property Alliance Group has secured two lease renewals and gained a new tenant at its office building, Camellia House in Wilmslow, South Manchester.
Existing tenants ISIS Insurance and AXIS have both moved within the building to accommodate expansion renewed their lease agreements. ISIS Insurance, a specialist commercial insurance broker, agreed a new six-year lease at a rental of £16.50/sq ft. AXIS, a consultancy for development projects, agreed a new five-year lease at the same rental.
The new tenant, Advanced Rejuvenation Clinic, which provides spa treatments, has taken 1,200 sq ft over a ten-year lease, also at £16.50/sq ft.
Ian Hunter of Property Alliance Group said a recent refurbishment at the building was paying off. He added: "Camellia House is a fantastic success for us and consistently generates interest from occupiers because it provides affordable, comfortable and accessible office accommodation for growing businesses in the Manchester area. We believe re-investment into our quality buildings pays dividends and we can always offer a competitive and attractive deal for existing and new tenants."
